BOUNDARY DESCRIPTION
ACCESS EASEMENT
BEING a strip of land situated in the George W. Jack Survey,
Abstract No. 694 in the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas and
being part of a tract of land as conveyed to William and Pat
Boorhem recorded in Volume 83065, Page 2949 of the Deed Records of
Dallas County, Texas and being more particularly described as
follows:
COMMENCING at a point for corner on the west line of Denton
Tap Road (a 100 foot right-of-way) said point being the southeast
corner of the above said William and Pat Boorhem tract; Thence N.
01'04'02" W., 4.53 feet along the said west line of Denton Tap Road
to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said point being in a curve to the left
running in a westerly direction and having a central angle of
108'47'31" a radius of 20.00 feet and a chord bearing of S.
80'18'43" W.;
THENCE along said curve, and leaving the said west line of
Denton Tap Road, 37.98 feet to the end of said curve, a point for
corner on the south line of the above said William and Pat Boorhem
tract;
THENCE S. 88'18'44" W., 37.04 feet along the said south line
of the Boorhem tract to a point for corner, said point being in a
curve to the left running in a northerly direction and having a
