Dear Mr. Patel:
In regards to the Sonic Drive-In at 201 North Demon Tap, Coppell, Texas, I respectfully request
that a temporary certificate of occupancy be granted for a period of 10 days beginning
September 19, 1994 until September 29, 1994.
During this period the following repairs shall be made:
1. Fire lane paim striping at rear of building,
2. Top coat on median head,
3. Silicone seal around 2 water valves,
4. Repair strainage cracks,
5. Sand in pavers,
6. Replace 2 jigger bars,
7. Repair sod and base in median.
These are not major problems but do require time to get subs to return and finish. We would
like to meet our advertised time of opening and would be most grateful for your consideration.
