Dear Mr. Dowdey:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and find that they meet our
current minimum requirements. Prior to the start of construction, a preconstruction meeting
should be scheduled. After completion of the work, please provide four (4) sets of "As Built"
plans; One (1) set of mylars and three (3) sets of blue lines. If you have any questions, please
