RE: Second Construction Review Comments for the Sonic Addition
Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide a signed plat in the next set of review plans.
2. The construction plans need to be stamped and signed by a Licensed Professional
Engineer.
3. Show the radius at each of the driveways on the paving plans.
4. A five foot sidewalk is required instead of the four foot sidewalk shown on the
paving plans.
5. Show the width of the northernmost driveway on the paving plans.
6. Brick pavers are required at both driveway approaches as per the City of Coppell-"--DA'il::
Streetscape Plan.
7. Revise the concrete paving note to state 7" - 3000 p.s.i, comp. or 6 .i
flex Reinf°rced C°ncrete Pavement as per City °f C°ppeI~i ~t,~ard ~"~ ~
8. Provide a handicapped sidewalk ramp on the south sideAoll~e southernmost
driveway per ADA standards at the location shown on th~ing plans.

Relocate the proposed 8" water line into the R.O.W.
12. Landscaping and irrigation modifications need to be-consulted the Parks &
Recreation Manager (462-8495) prior to changes.
Hay bales may be needed instead of silt fences for erosion control along Denton
Tap Road.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the

Dear Mr. Leeming:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. The irrigation plans shall be signed, sealed and dated by a licensed irrigator.
2. Provide brick pavers at the driveway entrances as per City of Coppell Streetscape
Plan.
3. Show the screening wall on the landscape plans.
4. The builder shall be responsible for constructing the brick screening wall.
5, Landscaping and irrigation modifications to the median needs to be consulted
