RE: First Construction Review Comments for the Sonic Addition
Dear Mr. Anderson:
The City of Coppell has received the referenced plans and has the following comments
to offer:
1. Provide a signed plat and a title sheet in the next set of review plans.
2. Provide Paving Plans showing access from the driveway north of the property to
Sonic on the next set of plans.
3. Provide a Drainage Area Map for the site on the next set of plans.
4. Provide an Erosion Control Map on the next set of plans.
5. Show the left turn storage lane on the construction plans.
6. The construction plans need to be stamped and signed by a Licensed Professional
Engineer.
7. Water service lines shall be 1" type "K" copper as stated in the general notes on
the water and sewer plan.
8. Show the size of the water line at the location shown on the water and sewer
plan.
9. Show on the sanitary sewer profile where the 8" water line crosses the 8"
sanitary sewer line.
]0. Provide Grading Plans on the next set of review plans.
]]. Show the proposed ground level on the sanitary sewer profile.
Show where the other 1" water service line for irrigation is on the water and
sewer plans. See the City of Coppell Standards for water tap and water service
connections.
]3. Leave one full joint (minimum 20') out of the 8" valve at the location shown on
the Water and sewer plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these
comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
