1. The second point of aeeesa to Denton Tap Road should be shown on the plat with
the volume and page number for the separate dedication.
2. Plans need to be submitted for the public improvements.
3. Please comment as to what the proposed 7 foot strip of land on the south side of the
dedicated fight-of-way is. It may need to be removed from the face of this pht.

1. A 15 foot landscape easement should be shown.
2. A 5 foot right-of-way dedication for Bethel School Road should be shown.
3. The floodphin should be fled down by metes and bounds.
4. Any common access easements should be shown on the face of the plat.
5. The left turn lane that services lot 3 will be required to be constructed with this
development.
6. The existin~ e/ght inch sewer on the west side of this property will eventually be
enlarged to 12 inches per our ~ Plan. To accomplish that work, the City needs
the following:
1. A minimum 20 foot permanent easement
2. A 40 foot temporary consUucfion easement
