1. Turn f'we hydrant around by Tennis Building.
2. Pour pad around fire hydrant valve by northwes~ corner of stadium,
3. Put traffic button out in front of all. fire hydrants.
4. Put handle on l'we line vault for sizdium doubleche~ks. (Check for test for ~11 double
$. Plug 2-' h:mdle on doublecheck by Multi-purpose building.
Concrete not poured around MLV by Multi-purpose 'buUdJng.
?. Cut concrete to pour new pad around I~IV-MLV behind Multi-purpose building.
8. Grout where tied in ex~enslon manhole - fix chimney seal - put rain pan in north end
of football field.
9. New concrete end of s~adium where extemion tied in. Grout where tied in to
extension.
10. Raise chimney seal, cleanout manhole.
11. Raise chimney se~l, rain pan.

13. Raise chimney seal, put in rain pan.
14. Need rain pan. Concrete is not poured around the manhole; po~bility of bei~
knecked off.
15. Note: Walk nee& to be done at a later date.
