The access ~o this home will be via a 1,300 linear foot driveway extending from DeF~ Road to their home. The requested SF-ED district zoning requi~s a minimum lot size of one acre, with a minimum lot width of 150 feet and depth of 250 feet. As measured at the building lines, required to be 50 feet. Given the configuration of this lot, there will be a platted 50 setback for the fence along DeForest, as well as a :50 foot building line along the southern boundary of the buildable lot.
