The water service proposed needs to be private and located in a private utility easement. The water meter would need to be located in the easementJR.O.W, of Stratford Lane. Remove variance note regarding sidewalk since the sidewalk along Deforest can be constructed in the future when Deforest is improved. The floodplain limit shown needs to reference to the applicableLOMR. The current FEMA map is from 1994. Show the zoning of adjacent properties. The plat needs to show any proposed easements. Show the minimum finish floor elevation to be 2' above the 100-year flood elevation or 1' above the base flood elevation, whichever is more restrictive.
