PLAN VARIANCE REQUEST
RE: Sherrill Veterinary Clinic

As the developer and owner's rep., we wish to request a variance on the use of lime
stabilization in all the paved areas as suggested by Michael Martin, P.E.
We propose to increase the concrete strength to 4000 psi for all the on-site paved areas
including the approach. However, for the turn lane on Beltline, we propose to undercut
the sub-grade 8" and fill with C.T.B. We plan to re-address this issue at the pre-
construction meeting as well.
We understand that this is an accepted substitute and would appreciate your
consideration on this matter.
