Dear Mr. Morris,
Per our recent discussion, please accept this letter as permission from the Francis Group,
for your company to stockpile fill dirt on our site on Beltline. The site is .3 mile East of
McArthur on the south side of Beltline. Total area is approximately 4 acres. It is understood that
no grading work will be done until plans are approved by the Cib: of Coppell.
As I stated, we will be installing the silt fence around the site in the next day or two and
also the temporary construction entrance. Please call me if you have any questions or if I may be
of further assistance.
