approximately 1,700 feet east of MacArthur Boulevard, at the request of
Nathan D. Maier Consulting Engineers.

1. The proposed drainage easements must be a minimum of 20' wide. Structures (i.e.
dumpster enclosures, etc.) cannot be located on top of the easement.
2. The proposed 24' fire lane and drainage easement adjacent to Belt Line Road should also be
labeled as a mutual access easement. This easement should also permit access from
Blooming Colors located west of this proposed development, to the median opening on Belt
Line Road.
