KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, J.F. Clack, Inc. as Principal, and MID-CONTINENT
CASUALTY, authorized to do business in the State of Texas, as Surety, are held and firmly
bound unto City of Coppell as Obligee, in the penal sum of Nineteen Thousand Seven
Hundred Fifty and No Cents ($19,750.00) Dollars lawful money of the United States of
America, for the payment of which and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns, jointly and severally, firmly by these
presents.
WHEREAS, J.F. Clack, Inc. has made the following improvements to Shady Dale Acres -
Utility Improvements
NOW THEREFORE, this bond guarantees against all defects in workmanship and materials
related to the above stated improvements, during the period of 2 years from the date of
acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH, that if the said
Principal shall maintain, or have maintained, the areas herein described and shall hold the
Obligee harmless from any loss, cost or damage by reason of its failure to complete said work,
then this obligation shall be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
Any and all claims must be submitted to Mid- Continent Casualty prior to the expiration date of
this bond. This bond shall become null and void if any outstanding invoices, including retainage,
remain open with the Obligee.

Know ali Men by these presents: That the MID-CONTINENT CASUALTY COMPANY, a corporation of the State of Oklahoma, having its
principal office in the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma, pursuant to the following By-Law, w~ich was adopted by the Stockholders of the said Company
on March 13th, 1947, to-wit:
"Article IV, Section 7. -- The Executive Officers of the Company shall have power and authority to appoint, for purposes only of executing
and attesting bonds and undertakings and other writings obligato~ in the nature thereof, one more Resident Vice President, Resident Assistant
Secretaries and Attorneys-in-Fact and at any time to remove any such Resident Vice President, Resident Assistant Secretary, or Attorney-in-Fact
and revoke the power and authority given him. None of such appointees need be Directors of the Company."

And the execution of such instrument(s) in pursuance of these presents, shall be as binding upon the said MID-CONTINENT CASUALTY
COMPANY, as fully and amply, to all intents and purposes, as if the same had been duly executed and acknowledged by its regularly elected
officers at its principal office in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
