Dear Mr. Dowdey:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to
offer:
1. Please provide information indicating FHA Grading Types for each of the proposed lots.
2. Please provide information regarding storm drainage including drainage areas, Q~0o,
direction of surface flow, any proposed storm drain and the adequacy of the existing
ditches to handle Q~00. Also, provide information for any proposed changes to the existing
ditch. Indicate that a minimum 18" RCP is required where driveways cross the drainage
ditch.
3. In your note regarding the boring method, please refer to dry boring instead of "missile"
boring. Although "missile" boring is a type of dry boring, a determination of whether
"missile" boring will be allowed will be made during pre-construction and on-site
meetings.
4. Please make reference to the Texas MUTCD for traffic control requirements.
When all comments have been addressed, please remm these marked plans and two sets of
