SUBJECT: Abandonment of Easement

In accordance with your request, we have reviewed the above
referenced subject and the following sets forth our comments:
Restrictions on filed plat, volume 42, page 95, dated 5 Nov.
1959, replatted 29 Feb. 1960, and filed 23 March 1960, state:
1. No tract shall have less than 16000 square feet per tract.
Lot l-A, 0.3454 Acre tract, has 15,046.6 s.f.
2. Easements are to run with the land and shall be binding on all
parties until January 1, 1985, at which time said easements shall
be automatically extended for successive periods of ten years,
unless by a majority vote of the owners of the tract, it agrees
to change said easements in whole or in part.
Why not have owner move driveway to east five (5) feet; or, if
drive cannot be relocated, do not abandon easement.
