Dear Mr. Young:
Thanks for the January 5, 2000 second submittal of final plans. The PM/E has reviewed these
plans for conformance to the dispositioned comments and found twelve (12) that are not fully
addressed. We cannot forward these plans for review until all items are corrected. We are
therefore rejecting the submittal and are returning a marked up set of plans for your further
work. Attachment I is a description of the items that need to be corrected. We request these
items be corrected and returned to this office by January 12, 2001.
