Dear Mr. Martin,
Coppell Independent School District requests the following substitution for the standard City
requirement:
The floor drain and roof drain storm sewer system will use a 12-inch pipe instead
of a minimum 18-inch pipe.
The 12-inch pipe will be ADS High Density Polyethylene, smooth lined pipe
instead of Reinforced Concrete Pipe.
The storm sewer for the floor drains and floor drain lines are to be a private system, maintained
by the District. All public storm sewer will be constructed of Reinforced Concrete Pipe and will
be larger than the required 18-inch minimum.
