SUBJECT: Exception on Pipe Color- 6" Water Line to Coppell HS.

Dear Mr, Davis:
It is apparent that we have installed white plastic pipe below the
street versus blue pipe..Please note our efforts to make the double-
check valve connection and installation exactly "to the letter of
the 1aw", including numerous visits with wrious city offi.cials
on the job site and in their respective offices. Having personallyl
spent many man-hours ensuring that all involved,l.~understood what was
needed and expected, I find it incredible that the installation is
now in question because the 6" C-g00 pipe is the wrong color.
Because of my personal involvement in this project, and therefore
my personal knowledge of all-communications received by Saffell
Plumbing, I find ~t difficult to see any oversight on Our part. !
therefore respectfully request an exception in this case and the
installation be approved.
