Dear Mr. Echols:
Enclosed please find letters from K. A. Sparks Contractor and his subcontractor
referencing the costs of the work to be done in the City easements. This amount is
$3,977.00 for this project. The City requires a fee of 2% of the cost of the construction in
the easements for their inspection fee. Please issue a check to the City of Coppell in the
amount of $79.54 for this requirement.
If you could execute this check as soon as possible, the contractor may continue to
work without any adjustments in scheduling.
Please send a copy of the attached letters from the contractors along with your check to
verify the costs.
