Dear Mr. Echols:
A final inspection of the above referenced project has been confirmed by
representatives of the City of Coppell.
Paving and utilities have been verified and are in compliance with the
City of Coppell standard requirements. A letter received from the Coppell
Independent School District dated June 14, 1991 (see attached), will be
maintained on record for a period of one year to serve as maintenance bond.

Dear Shohre:
This letter will serve as a maintenance bond for the
public utilities which have been dedicated to the City
of Coppell. The maintenance and repair of these
utilities within this easement will be maintained by
Coppell I.S.D. for a period of one (1) year from the
date of final acceptance of these utilities by the City
of Coppell.
Two sets of btueline prints and one set of mylars will
be forwarded to your office for your use and records.
