Dear Larry:
During our April 4, 1991 telephone conversation, you indicated that
the following two items are the only pre-requirements to Final
Certificate of Occupancy on the above referenced project:
1)
Twelve months maintenance bond on site utility lines at
city easement.
2)
Three copies of site utility as-built drawings (1 sepia,
2 blueline).
Please be advised that our scope of the work included all site
utility inside the private property limits. All utility lines
within city easement limits were existing lines, which were
constructed by the Owner prior to start of our project.
As-built drawings will be furnished as requested.
