Dear Larry:
Enclosed is one set of mylar sepias showing As-Built information
regarding the water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, paving,
and under-pavement conduit improvements installed in Parkway
Boulevard extending west from Denton Tap Road to the High School
Access Road, and in the High School Access Road. The plans
contain revisions during construction which we were made aware
of.
The contract to construct these improvements between Coppell
Independent School District and L. H. Lacy Company is
substantially completed. The remaining item of work is the
establishment of a thorough grass cover in the areas seeded.
ABQ Development has agreed to open the constructed roadway upon
recording of the Parkway Boulevard West Final Plat. This plat
is currently at the City for signatures. If you need any other
