Per your request, our Legal Department has re~4ewed the above noted document. Their requested
changes or questions have been added for your review. I need clarification on the followqng. If the City of
Coppell under the terms and conditions of Article 3 should terminate this License Agreement, does the
requirement for driveway pavers terminate at the same time?
