RE: Stop & Go Drive Addition
After reviewing the above referenced project, the only item
which needs to be changed is the location of their 1~" water
meter. The proposed drive is approximately 134' from Sandy
Lake Road and 30' wide. This is within the minimum and maximum
set forth in our Subdivision Ordinance, Appendix A, page 12
& 1.3 - Figure Geometric for Driveway Design.
As long as Stop & Go agrees to relocate their tap and meter
from under proposed drive, I see no reason to deny this addition.
I am forwarding a copy of this memo to Ginn, Inc.. If you or
Kevin have any knowledge of any prior commitment or restrictions,
please inform me by April 14, 1988.
