Enclosed is finalized copy of the Wetland Mitigation Rcport that was sent to Ms. Mary Flores on 26
August 1998. This report includes a delineation of thc existing wegands, a section on the projects
attempts tn avoid ~ m~nimize its impacts, and a detailed mitigation plan. Thi~ rclmrt also includes a
~reatened ~nd endangered species survey report (Appendix C) and a cultural re. sources servey report
(Appendix D). This finalized report addremes all of the special conditions established in your letter
dated la Octobcr 1998. The following is a list of where the established special conditions can be found
in the documerrt.
