Mike, please review the attached drawings and give me your comments. After talking to
you earlier and looking at the situation again, I think you were correct to minimize the
size of the turnaround; and construct an entrance during Phase I that will satisfy the
subdivision driveway configuration requirements at this time. I would like to know if what
we are now showing will address your concerns.
