Home/Nursing Home), to allow the development of a Retirement Community
on approximately 48.13 acres of property located along the south side of Sandy
lake Road, 1200' east of Mac,,lrthur Boulevard, at the request of St. Joseph
Village, Incorporated.

An 8' wide brick paver band needs to be shown on the site plan and landscape plans for the
driveway proposed onto Sandy Lake Road as per the City's Streetscape Plan.
Stacking needs to be provided for a minimum of three vehicles at each gated driveway.
The proposed parking lot on the east side of the proposed Starleaf Road is located in the
100-year floodplain. No fill or improvements will be allowed without an approved
floodplain permit.
