DRC D,4 TE: December 28, 2000 and January 4, 2001 CONT,4 C T: Mike Martin, P.E., ,4ssistant City Engineer (972-304-3679) ~ COMMENT STATUS: ,/PRELIMINARY FtNAg ~ The proposed gate for the driveway on Starleaf needs to be located internal to the site so that adequate stacking can be provided in the driveway and not onto Starleaf. Also show where vehicles will stack on both driveways before entering the site. The street name shown on the Architectural Site Plan - Phase One (SD-8) along the north side of the development needs to be labeled as Sandy Lake Road, not Sandy Leaf Road. On all plans indicate what are existing streets and proposed streets (i.e. Starleaf Road extension and future Sandy Lake Road widening. Also label proposed median openings and left turn lanes on Sandy Lake Road.) How will visitors access the site if they park in the overflow parking lot on the east side of future Starleaf Road? Will there be a pedestrian gate? Label the proposed deceleration and acceleration lanes on Sandy Lake Road and Starleaf Road. The site plan and landscape plans need to show a 4' sidewalk along Starleaf and a 5' sidewalk adjacent to Sandy Lake Road.
