Director of Civil Engineering Aguirre Corporation 12700 Park Central Dr. Floor 15 Dallas, Texas 75251 Re: Information Regarding an Approximate 48 Acre Site South of Sandy Lake Road and East of McArther Blvd. IN the City of Coppell, Texas Dear: Mr. Millican: I just got off the phone (1 l:30am) with Mr. Ken Griffen, City of Coppell. The purpose of the call was to determine how to go about determining the valley storage requirements for the site. After some discussion it was agreed to consider 100-year storage on any areas below 446' elevation and the storage for the Standard Project Flood (SPF) should be considered on the entire site. I agreed to get you this information tomorrow. Since I just got the call from Ken it will be Friday afternoon before I can finish the calculations. It was also agreed that the city would accept a 15% loss of valley storage at the 100-year and a 20% loss at the SPF. I will keep my time on this project and bill you on an hourly basis unless we complete a contract to prepare a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR). Sincerely, FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC.
