We are planning to install a 12" steel pipe sleeve across the proposed Fairway Drive roadway
prior to the completion of the paving. This is in an ~4t'ort to minimize costs and time delays for the
~ service between the second phase of the Stoneleigh at Rivercha~e Ape~ tment project that is
bisected by F~y Drive.
Wc _re~)i-~- this action is at best risky, as the City Of Coppell hasnot approved the installation of
this sleeve, though we are following normal construction procedure and w~l ask the impector.~
