Walk Through Punch List - Stonemeade Estates
Attached you will find a map showing the discrepancies located
within this subdivision during the walk through performed on
8/3/93. The following is the numerical listing that is directly
related to the attached map;
1. Curb seal
2. Random Crack
3. Fiber expansion used on paver edge
4. Concrete chips in seal on center line/several
5. Mud ball hole near inlet
6. No seal at center line
7. Seal at construction joint
8. Alley needs cleaned
9. Alley to wall has no control joints/some cracking
already present
10. Concrete chips in construction joint
11. Corner of panel broken in alley
12. Curb notched at saw joint
13. Construction debris and trash(dress up)/Grout cracking
around pipe
14. Mud ball hole
15. Concrete slag on pavement
16. Paver bands do not match the approved construction
plans/Not barrier free from band to band
17. Block outs made around valves but not finished
18. North paver edge - chunk of concrete missing
* Check all curb joints for sufficient seal - several locations
backer rod is exposed.
Clean trash and debris from inlets
Check all joints for concrete chips in seal - remove and reseal
where found.
Make sure that the contractor/developer receives this list and
that you let us know when they are ready for the follow up.
Staff also noted that there are not any barricades to keep out
the traveling public. Please see if this can be addressed.
