Dear Mike:
Per our discussion, we will change the work "THEIR" to "THESE" on
the general notes.
Please approve these plans for construction; however, I understand
that the relocation easement from the City to the Coppell Municipal
Utility District will need to be recorded at the County prior to
beginning construction.
Upon completion of the construction, the existing easement, a
C.M.U.D. GRANTEE, will be abandoned. This document has already
been sent to Mr. Paul Phy, C.M.U.D., Attorney for preparation.
