Stonemeade-CS 930528CENTEX HOMES May 28, 1993 Mr. Ken Griffin, P.E. City of Coppell 255 Parkway Boulevard Coppell, Texas 75019 Left Tum Lane From Parkway Boulevard to Stonem~ Estates and "Ring Road" of City Hall Dear Ken: : Based on my conversation with Mr. Bill Anderson of Dan M. Dowdey & Associates, I agree to construct the following: 1. The transition and storage lane for eastbound traffic turning into our development. Provide brick paver median (left mm) nose to a point 2.5' west of the radius point of said nose. Adjust the existing sprinkler system in the median to allow for landscape irrigation of the narrow median from the end of the median pavers to a point in which the median is a minimum of six (6) feet in width. This area will be landscaped with ground cover or low height shrubs. Metal edging will be used to separate the landscaping from tuff grass. I understand that the geometrics of this left tum lane will require a variance by the City Council. It is important that this issue be addressed by the City Council on their next scheduled meeting to allow for said improvements while Huntington Ridge addition is being paved. I anticipate that Marlo Sinacola will construct this left turn lane. We previously paid an inspection fee for the approved left mm lane shown on previous plans. If you need additional information please contact Bill Anderson, Dan M. Dowdey & Associates. Sincerely, CENTEX REAL ESTATE CORPORATION Derek E. Earle, P.E.
