The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:

A location map should be provided.
Delineate the location of the proposed park and note that encroachment on City
parkland is not permitted.
The MUD line should be concrete encased where it crOsses the 36" storm sewer.
Once these comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the
