Dear Mr. Lemming:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and find that they meet our current
minimum requirements. Upon acceptance of the plans prior to the start of construction, the following
comments should be addressed:
1. Homeowners Maintenance Agreement be reviewed and approved by the City staff.
2. Water Impact Fees associated with irrigation meters be paid to the City of Coppell.
After completion of the work, the following comments should be addressed:
1. Contact Rick Wieland with Public Works, Parks & Recreation, at (214) 462-8495 for
final walk-thru.
2. Provide "As Built" plans upon completion.
