Dowdey & Associates 16250 Dallas Parkway, Suite 100 Dallas, TX 75248-2684 RE: Stonemeade Estates Dear Mr. Anderson: The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer: 1. Address comments made on plat. 2. Show all barrier free ramps where applicable. 3. On Plate No. 4, show the location of the proposed screening wall. Address all the comments made by Public Works regarding the Left Turn Lanes Paving Plans, Plate No. 1 lA. In reference to the Storm Sewer Plans, locations where utilities cross within the 24" minimum clearance, a concrete encasement shall be used. Address all locations that have been marked. e On the Water and Sewer Plans, Plate No. 15, address the comments made by Howard Pafford. 7. Label the individual utilities as noted on Sanitary Sewer Profiles. 8. Show the elevations of the low points of the inlets on the Grading Plans. · There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review.
