On Stonemeade Way, a wheelchair access across median should be provided. Follow ADA requirement. The drainage easement width shown on paving plans are noted as 20 foot but on drainage map it is shown as 15 foot. Show the proposed location of screening wall and sidewalks along Parkway Blvd. and Denton Tap Road. Show screening wall/alley cross section detail as illustrated in the City of Coppell's Standard Construction Details. The wrong elevations are shown in the profile view on Sheet 10 of paving plans. Referring to existing channel located on the eastern edge of subdivision, what kind of impact, if any, will the proposed lot pads have on the channel? Do you intend to do any channel work? Provide detail for proposed junction boxes. On the water and sanitary sewer plans, Public Works has indiCated that they would prefer that a minimum radius of 850 foot be used for sanitary sewer lines. Make the changes shown in the general notes for the water and sanitary sewer plans. The inlet shown on Sheet 2 of paving plans is located on the wrong side of alley. Letter to Michael A. Once all comments have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be submitted to the City for review.
