Show all street names on each sheet, where applicable.
Where the residential streets intersect Parkway Blvd., a radius of 30 feet needs to
be used.
The City prefers to use a 50 foot minimum vertical curve per 1% algebraic
difference in grade.
Show screening wall location and detail of alleys adjacent to wall.
Label profile views that correspond to each curve along the cul-de-sacs.
There are a couple of alleys that have width discrepancies. Recheck and correct.
On drainage area map show inlet sizes, RCP and sizes, and outfall locations
(drainage easements).
Show all proposed utilities crossing the storm sewer in profile view.
Referring to Sheet 2 of storm sewer plans, you are showing that the water line will
be diverted around the storm inlets. If so, these bends are not shown on water
utility plans.
Storm sewer line "B-l" is not shown in a profile view.
Need to label profile views.
On water and sewer plans, there are some properties that do not show any
services.
Provide a streetscape plan along Parkway Blvd.
Show sidewalks and wheel chair ramps. Follow ADA requirements.
Show detail of median of street intersecting Parkway Blvd.. Refer to Sheet 5 of
paving plans.

Look at maybe placing junction boxes at locations where there are two or more
storm sewer RCP's intersecting and at locations where you intend to plug one leg
of a wye. Refer to Sheet 2 and 3 of the storm sewer plans.
Need to provide an offsite drainage map.
Public Works requires a minimum 850' radius for sanitary sewer lines.
On water and sanitary sewer plans, the valve locations and other comments need
to be addressed.
Should provide a sidewalk detail along Parkway Blvd. and Denton Tap Road up
to existing bridge.
Address all comments on grading plans. Also, show the inlet locations and the
existing channel located along the east side of the development.
Show the center line of all streets and alleys in the profile view on the paving
plans.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once all comments have been
addressed, the revised set of plans should be submitted to the City for review.
If you should have any questions concerning these comments, please feel free to contact me at
your convenience.
Sincerely,
Michael A. Martin
