Dear Mr. Daniel:
On April 8, 1997 the final plat for the referenced project was approved by City Council. With
the approval of the plat, the developer must pay the impact fees for this development prior to
City staff signing the plat.
The total impact fees due for this development are $543,360.38. Once the fees have been paid
the final plat will be signed and released to be filed at the County.
