The facilities are located as follows: MacArthur Blvd. There is an existing 15" sanitary sewer line on the west side of MacArthur Blvd. just north of Belt Line extending up MacArthur and ranging in size from 12" down to 8". There is an existing 24" water line on the east side of MacArthur extending up MacArthur beyond the property limits. Riverchase Blvd. There is an existing 8" sanitary sewer line on the south side of Riverchase Blvd. which increases in size to 12", 15" and 18" and eventually connects at the southeast side of the property to an existing 33" Trinity River Authority sewer line. This system has been constructed all the way up to Sandy Lake Road. Also, in Riverchase Blvd. there is an existing 12" water line on the north side -of Riverchase Drive starting at MacArthur and connecting ail the way up to Sandy Lake Road. The sanitary sewer system for the area discharges into the Trinity River Authority's 33" interceptor which exists on the north side of Belt line Road and is utilized by the City of Coppell per agreements with the Trinity River Authority. This 33" line handles a large drainage basin contained within the City of Coppell. Prior to development, capacities of the above referenced lines need to be analyzed by the developer's cousuitant to insure proper water pressure and sewer capacity.
