Attached is a set of Site Development Plans for the above referenced project which abuts DART's Right-
of-Way.
In order to relieve the problem of ponding storm water accumulating in DART's right-of-way adjacent to
our development, we are requesting DART's permission to enter upon the right-of-way, perform minor
grading work and r~g of the ground at the project's completion.
We will also need to install temporary silt fence to control erosion prior to the germination of the new
grass.
Please review our plans and let us know your feelings' concerning our request.

construct a parking lot over TRA's easement and sewer line. Also note that we are proposing to lower the
rinl5 of two manholes.
Please be aware that when this site was reclaimed from the flood plain in the mid 1980's, with TRA's
penmssion, we filled over this line with approximately 5 feet o¢fill material and raised these manholes.
