Confirming our conversation at I 1:15 Am about Ed Bell construction, They removed West
entrance to retail center and using our barricades to block 4'-5' drop offof Sandy Lake road.
Centex advised xve would not be responsible for this situation and Ed Bell needed to provide his
or, aa barricades. Upon call back You advised You had talked with the city inspector for that
project, advising Him of the situation and He would be getting with Me and Ed Bell construction.
