Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Roadway Impact Fee Calculation sheet for the
referenced development.
Please make payment to the City of Coppell in the mount of $6,528.60 and forward to
the Finance Department along with a copy of the Fee Calculation sheet. Given that your
construction plans show no new water taps, water and wastewater impacts are not being
assessed.
Providing a copy of your paid receipt to the Engineering Department will help us to
verify the payment of required fees and insure a successful beginning of this project. We
