As you knoxv, we have submitted a new plat for our propext3,: We have been made aware
that an impact fee is required by the cits..: We request that the impact fee be assessed at the
time that our construction plans are submitted to the City of Coppell for review.
We do not currently have a planned date for beginning construction. Our best guess is
sometime after January 1,1998.
