RE: St. Ann Catholic Church Site Plan
Dear Mike,
Enclosed you will find documents that follow up the conversation Mike Parrish of
our office had with you on Tuesday of this week. We have been requested by the
church to increase the on site parking for the project. Enclosed you will find a
revised site plan showing the area south of the proposed St. Ann Church
sanctuary and two 8.5 x 11 reductions of the site plan showing the parking count
as it was before the revision and the parking count after the revision.
It is our understanding no additional approvals will be required by the Planning
and Zoning Department or City Council for these revisions. These revisions will of
course be shown on the final set of construction documents submitted for building
permit.
Please call if I can provide any additional information or if additional submissions
are required. Thank you for your assistance in expediting this matter.
