7. Replat of St. Ann's Catholic Church Addition - located at northeast comer of Sandy Lake
Road and Samuel Blvd.
1. Additional right-of-way may be required if Council accepts the concept of the
ALLWAYS Program. The Engineering Department requests that an additional 5 foot
of right-of-way be provided on the replat in the event the ALLWAYS Program is
implemented along Sandy Lake Road.
2. A signature block should be provided for the Floodplain Administrator.
3. The adjacent property on the south side of Sandy Lake is incorrect. This should be
corrected.
