Paving and Grading Plans
Dear Mr. Daniel:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. All concrete paving to be 6" thick with curb and gutter as per Subdivision
Ordinance.
2. Stripe the new pavement for fire lanes as per City detail.
3. Provide new parking calculations since three spaces have been taken away.
4. The City would prefer to have some type of agreement to be worked out between
St. Ann's Catholic Church and the City of Coppell to allow access across the
existing paved surface along the northern part of this property when needed
during the construction of Sandy l. axke Road.
5. Sidewalks along Samuel Blvd. should be constructed.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments
have been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for
