Dear Mr. Doyle:
Based on our prior review of the above referenced project during
the DRC review process, we determined that a Floodplain
Development Permit would not be applicable for the subject
development since this tract is not in, or adjacent to, or
contiguous with any City of Coppell Floodplain Management area.
The Floodplain Administrator's signature and a "Not Applicable"
statement would be appropriate at this time on the Final Plat
under the Floodplain Development Permit section.
