Dear Mr. Morton,
There have been changes in two subcontractors since the time of our 2-29-88
preconstruction meeting with you on this project.
First, we replaced Texas Fire Protection with Crisp Fire Sprinkler, Inc.,
5201 Saunders, Ft. Worth, Texas, 76119 (Weldon Crisp at metro 572-3663)
for the wet pipe sprinkler system and Architectural Utilities Inc., P.O.
Box 1586, Ft. Worth, Texas, 76110 (Doug Alumbabaugh at metro 429-8191) for
the fire and water mains and vaults.
Also, T.G.F. Plumbing, Inc. filed bankruptcy liquidation and has been
replaced by Longhorn Mechanical, Inc., 1126 S. Cedar Ridge, Suite 123,
Duncanville, Texas, 75137 (Ronald Moser at 296-4294).
