RE: St. Ann's Church - Final Plat
It is my understanding that this final plat is to replace the
previously approved final plat due to the Church's acquisition
of additional property from Mr. Hinkley. Their property line will
now extend to the center line of proposed Woodmoor Drive.
The City will need guaranties and proof of contracts with Mr.
Hinkley and St. Ann's for the construction responsibility of Woodmoor
Drive.
